Introduction of International Culture Exchange Center (ICEC) is an important window open to the foreign country. Whose main task is to promote international cultural and educational exchanges and educate foreign students. ICEC, whose comprehensive strength ranking at the top of the universities in recruiting forging students in Heilongjiang Province , has advanced management system and complete facilities. Now ICEC has over 300 foreign students for long-term or short-term training programs studying Chinese ,medical ,International Business ,and English .They come from Russia, Korea, Japan, America, India, Pakistan, Nepal ,Afghanistan ， etc. We start to enroll the foreign students at 1991, till now we have already brought up over 800 foreign students.

    Centering on teaching, ICEC aims at improving the quality of Chinese teaching, it has a group of experienced part – time and professional Chinese teachers. Giving the lessons by small class, so each student will have enough time to practice. We have the classrooms, audio –classrooms, computer classroom, reference library .All these above are exclusive use for the Chinese foreign teaching. ICEC is most proud of its achievements in Standard Chinese Education and Short-term Intensive Language Training Program designed to help participants command the Chinese language with in the shortest possible time, the teaching methods are unique and novel which have remarkable teaching effects. ICEC is also strong in providing intensive mid-career training for foreigners who like to advance their knowledge or to pursue research on a specific subject concerning Chinese language and/or culture. ICEC provides foreign students with apartments, kitchens, dinning halls, fitness centers and other recreation facilities. The apartments are equipped with bathrooms, color TV sets, refrigerators, telephones, and CATV, which can receive TV programs from South Korea , Japan and Russia . Has heater in winter, complete facilities and convenient.
